objective :this study is to clear-cut the major Pattern (symptom) characteristics of DR standing for MCD; the regularities of its different stage (phase or scales)and the clinical characteristic of DR , DN, Hyperlipidemia; the correlations between DR , DN, and Hyperlipideraia ; also it include the factors which affecting DM patients daily life.Methods :using a multi- clinical center study, to divide the enrolled patients to several groups according to the FFA( fundus fluoreceinangiograms). recording every patient' s symptomatography and index, all these involve : the symptoms , the stages of microangiopathy , the present medication (Chinese herbal medicine and western medicine), the kidney impairment states ,tongue interpretation, pulse interpretation, then fill in the CRF chart. All data proceede statistics analysis.Results:the Pattern integras of all each stage has notable difference;The Pattern develoment of DR has certain characterise;DR, DN and Hyperlipidemia has some correlation;there are in many mays will affect the daily life of DM patients.Conclusion :the earlier period> metaphase and later period of the MCD Pattern are:Yin defection agitate Heat ;Qi and Yin Asthenia; both Yin ang Yang weakness; both DR and DN belong to MCD, commonly they developed on parallel. ;the patiens' daily life will be influenced because of the progress of MCD.
