Objective: To study the (-licet of Kanggangxian268 recipe (KGX268) on anti-hepatic fibrosis and its mechanivsm.Methods:(l)prevcni: Hepatic fibosis model was induced by CC14 and meanwhile treat by KGX268 recipe for six weeks, the effect were observed by the ALT.AST, Y -GT, TP, and Alb of the liver function and pathology of liver, the Masson dye, type I and III collagen, LN, FN, uPA, MMP-3, TIMP-2. Using the colchicine as the control.(2)cure: Hepatic fibosis model was induced by CC14 for six weeks, then use KGX268 recipe for three weeks to cure, observe the same as the prevent groups.Using the colchicine as the control.Result: KGX268 recipe can protect the liver function, significantly decress the level of hepatic fibrosis, significantly decress the level of ECM(including of LN,FN and type I collagen),these effctions of high dose is equal to the colchicine.On the other hand,KGX268 high dose can incress the level of uPA and MMP-3,this effection is better than the colchicine.The prevent effection of KGX268 is better than the cure effction. The KGX268 high dose effction is better than the low dose.Conclusion: KGX2G8 recipe can protect liver function and has inhibitory effect on hepatic fibrosis.
