Objective:In order to research the therapeutic effect and mechanism of action of Far-infrared ceramic microsphcres on skeletal muscle injury and micro damage, this article used Far-infrared ceramic microsphcres as intervention to find the therapeutic effect on skeletal muscle injury and micro damage of animal and athletes, with the purpose of giving empirical evidence for the sport medicine on the usage of Far-infrared ceramic microsphercs.Methods:The two tests were designed to study the recovery principle under the intervention of Far-infrared ceramic microspheres, skeletal muscle injury and micro damage. The test1divided88SD rats into:Control group, quiet recovery group, conventional method (hot water treatment) recovery group, ceramic beads intervention group. Every session included11groups. The test analyzed the changes of indicators of radical SOD, MDA, T-AOC, NO, GSH-Px, CK, CK-MM, LDH, which were in the serum of rats under the intervention of Far-infrared ceramic microspheres after the exhaustive exercise. Test2divided88healthy SD rats into the natural no damage Control group,natural recovery group after injurys the usual way of recovery group after injury (warm water treatment group), the group of the intervention of Far-infrared ceramic microspheres after injury, adding up to11groups. This aimed to research the changes of indicators such as MPO, LZM, IL-10,IL-8, etc. Test3was set to see the changes to the active or passive muscle strength, VAS, muscle flexibility, degree of myophagism, PAR and AAR of muscles after the ceramic treatment to the injured athletes, compared with conventional physical therapy.Results:(1) Compared with the conventional group (group C), the SOD, T-AOC, NO, GSH-Px had been obviously improved (p<0.05) and have significant difference with the control group (p<0.01), while the IL-6also obviously changed (p<0.05).(2) To the rats, inflammatory factors such as MPO and LZM were significantly decreased compared with the Control group (P<0.05); group D immune factor IL-10of IL-8were significantly improved (P<0.05);(3) After the14-day far infrared ceramic beads intervention, the active and passive muscle strength of the injured athletes were greatly improved (P<0.01); the VAS have also been significantly improved (P<0.05); muscle flexibility, degree of myophagisrm,PAR and AAR of muscles were further improved.Conclusions:(1) The far-infrared ceramic microspheres were significantly inhibited on the skeletal muscle micro-injury caused by the one-time exhaustive exercise, and played a good role in promoting micro-injury repair after exercising.(2) Treated by the far-infrared ceramic microspheres, it could decrease serum levels of free radicals, immune enzyme indicators, and speed up the recovery of acute injury.(3) The treatment could quickly restore the active muscle force, passive muscle strength of injured athletes, especially the rear thigh muscles.
