In recent years, high incidence of child foot disease status and younger age characteristics of foot health problems of children are placed in front of people, whether a child wear a good pair of shoes during childhood or not has an impact on the health of children's whole life. Widespread lack of current research in manufacturing children's shoes, simple shoes manufactured in accordance with the phenomenon of adult shoes, children's healthy growth is bound to have adverse effects. At present, the development of mature gait in children lacks of systematic mechanisms for research on children, and little is known about the dynamic variation of children's walking; At the same time, with rising living standards, level of physical development of children the same age than in previous years there is great Improved, making the original data in children is difficult enough to follow the age-based development.Based on the above situation, this study three-dimensional non-contact laser scanner and Rsscan foot plantar pressure measurement system of 400 children aged 4-11 foot walking speed of scanning and optional dynamic plantar pressure measurements at the same time with constant speed camera recorded the gait characteristics of subjects, for children at this stage the value of foot shape parameter characteristics, temporal and spatial parameters of gait and dynamic plantar pressure distribution, and analyze the current parameters of children's foot shape and characteristics of development law, has been a set of length, width, height, circumference, angle and area children as the main indicators of foot shape parameter data, this data can be improved at this stage of children's shoe to provide reference; The extraction of spatial and temporal gait in children parameters and dynamic plantar pressure distribution variations, identified in the children's growth and development of plantar pressure distribution changes in the law, for the shoes of the scientific design and material selection to provide a scientific guarantee. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Chinese children aged 4-11 about whether parameters in the foot shape index, spatial and temporal parameters of gait, or walking foot-does not exist on the ground contact area of significant difference between left and right foot, so shoes in the shoe code size and the last type of design can not distinguish left and right foot.2. Chinese children aged 4-11 have their own foot shape parameters of the development of independent features, starting from 4 years old, children's shoes designed to be the internal dimensions of gender differences.7-9 years old, male and female children are the first indicators of the growth curve of full cross-type overlap phenomenon. Foot shape index of boys and girls growing rapidly developing different age groups, mainly in the 6-7,7-8 and 10-11 years of age stage.3. During 4-11-year-old stage, children walking steadily increased double support phase, when the development of children's gait is characterized by the step frequency to increase by an increase in walking speed increased by an increase in step toward to increase the pace of the direction of development.4. In children aged 4-11 to study the distribution of plantar pressure, should pay attention to distinguish between left and right foot. Children at this stage gradually towards a mature gait pattern is:the palm heel to the front foot straight forward→middle of the ground outside of the heel to the forefoot medial foot off the ground.5. Children in walking, the arch part of the impulse suffered the most, so the design of children's shoes should pay particular attention to parts of the buffer capacity of the arch design, and should pay attention to strengthening the stability of the heel and foot part of the forefoot area of flexibility in the design...
