Study On Regulation Of Syndrom-Treatment Of TuoJu

This thesis probed the regulation of syndrom-treatment of TuoJu of TCM through combining documentary study with modern statistic method, and more consulting and new ideas effctively treating TuoJu were wished to be offered.The full text of this thesis is divided into three parts:The first part is documentary research. Using documentary method to gather ancient document and modern document of TuoJu of TCM, and summarizing and reviewing generally thesis of doctors of TuoJu in every dynasty, and analyzing systematically its name history, disease causes and pathogenesis,symptom characteristics,principles and methods of treatment and so on,which were documentary basic of research in future.The second part is the data analysis of medical cases. By analysis of oral medicine of 421 cases of TuoJu using frequency statistics and association rules, the compatibility characteristics of drug application in different syndromes and diseases were explored and disease mechanism and common treatment methods which contains were revealed.The third part is the discussion of the regulation and characteristics of syndrome-treatment of TuoJu. According to statistical analysis, characteristics of syndrome-treatment of TuoJu were further discussed and three characteristics which were diseases and syndromes combined and differentiation of syndromes stressed,curing with the uses of multiple methods and promoting blood circulation throughout the treatment of TuoJu were proposed. Eight methods of promoting blood circulation were summarized according to analysis of the correlation between two medicine pairs of the cases of TuoJu. Theory system of syndrome-treatment of TuoJu was constructed by analyzing diseases, syndromes, methods, prescriptions and drugs of TuoJu.
