Study On Nine Group Of Relationships In Economic And Social Development

Development is the absolute principle, and the key to solve all problems in China. To achieve a comprehensive grand goal of bringing moderate prosperity to China in a well-rounded way moderately prosperous society, and to meet people’s growing material and cultural needs fundamentally depend on the development which must be scientific development.China is not only facing a period of important strategic opportunities, but also a phase of rapid economic growth. Only in the guidance of scientific outlook on development, China persists in taking economic construction as the center, and promotes sustained, rapid, coordinated and healthy development, and strives to achieve fast and well development, can it seize opportunities for development in order to achieve comprehensive national strength of the overall jump.This paper is against above background. Through my study and work practices, I discussed a number of aspects of the relationship on development (especially in the economic development) in detail. I strive to enrich the overall development, coordinated development, sustainable development of the scientific outlook on development, which makes them subject to national economic development better, and will be of gueat benefit for the well and fast economic social development. Chapter I explors the relationship between development and the policy of reform and opening up. The policy of reform and opening-up is the powerful engine of promoting China’s economic and social development, and the important source for a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development; In turn, this development as the objectives of reform and opening up will deepen reform and (enlarge) opening up. The purpose of making relationship between development and reform clear,is to continue to deepen reform, unswervingly adhere to the reform, firm determination and confidence in reform, and break development challenges through the deepening of reform in order to make economic and social development sound and fast.ChapterⅡexplors the relationship between development and stability and harmonious. SectionⅠdiscusses the relationship between development and stability: Stability is a prerequisite for development. Without stable social and political environment, development is out of the question; The other hand, Without development, it will not sustain long-term stability. Development is an important condition for the promotion of stability. SectionⅡfocuses on the relationship between development and harmony. First of all, I distinguish the concept of the stability and harmony, and then I discuss the relationship on the above basis. Harmony depends on the development, and is the goal of the development; Harmony supplies the environment and conditions for sustainable development.ChapterⅢis the content on the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. In China, urban and rural development has a profound historical origins and current context, which determines the long-term u and arduous, so Sixteenth Central Committee proposed the "two a trend of "theory based on the current status of urban and rural development in China.This highlights the significance of coordinating development of urban and rural. Meanwhile, in the process of coordinating development of urban and rural also need to pay attention to two issues:First, the issue of migrant workers, and second, coordinated urban and rural does not mean rural urbanization, and certainly not destroy the rural.Finally I pose some views of my own on co-ordinate the development of solid urban and rural areas through practice research.ChapterⅣis the content about development and regional co-ordination. Promoting coordinated regional development is one strategic task of reforming and opening up and socialist modernization, and a necessary requirement. of building a socialist harmonious society.In China, unbalanced regional development has a long time, so balanced regional development will be a long-term historical task. New period, in accordance with the requirements of the overall strategy for regional development, we will continue to promote western development, central China, the revitalization of northeast old industrial through a sound market mechanism, cooperation mechanism and enabling mechanisms, and gradually reverse the widening gap in regional development trends between the three regions.The purpose is promoting a new pattern of the formation of complementary advantages and common development.Chapter V explors the relationship between development and people’s livelihood (economic development and social development). Development is continuum which contains economic development and social development. In the evolution of human history, economic development has always been mainstream, and fruits of economic development manifestes social development.Economic development is not only a prerequisite for social development, but also the fundamental guarantee for social development. On the other hand, social development is the goal of economic development and provide the motive power, intellectual support, and social conditions for economic development. In regard to the relationship between development and people’s livelihood:development provide the material basis for the people’s livelihood, and people’s livelihood makes the development more robust. So we propose a people-oriented and accelerating to improve the focus on civil society.Chapter VI is the content about the relationship between development and ecological environment protection. The ecological environment is the the carrier of development which has impact on shaping the ecological environment. The substance of this relationship is the relationship between man and nature. Protecting the environment is to protect productivity, and improving the environment is to develop the productive forces. While environmental protection and ecological construction has made large achievements in China, but the situation has not fundamentally reverse in environmental degradation, resource and environmental costs of economic growth is still too large, ecological and environmental protection has long way to go. It can be said that building environment-friendly society is urgent and necessary, whichs is the only way to achieve sustainable development.Chapter VII is the relationship between development and sustainable use of resources and energy. The first it accounts the international and domestic background about the issue of energy resources, which leads to the relationship between the development and energy resources. Development needs the support from energy resources, and energy resources are the lifeblood of the national economy; In tuin development can enhance the sustainable use of energy resources. Then it explains the th relationship between sustainable development and sustainable use of energy resources, and points out that the sustainable use of energy resources is an important part of the strategy of sustainable development, The sustainable use of energy resources and ecosystems is a prerequisite for sustainable development of human society; In the meantime, the strategy of sustainable development in general restricts the sustainable use of energy resources. In view of current situation of energy resources in China, only resource-saving society can enhance the capacity of sustainable development.ChapterⅧis the relationship between domestic development and opening-up. Coordinating domestic development and opening up is a major decision,which aims the new situation and new tasks in China from the overall situation of China’s economic and social development. SectionⅠgives the background of balancing domestic development and opening-up; SectionⅡfocused on the relationship between the two:Opening-up is based on the domestic development, while the outside world is a catalyst to promote domestic development and therefore they must be integrated both into consideration and make full use of domestic and international markets, two kinds of resources.Chapter 9 is the relationship between development and effectiveness and speed. SectionⅠsets out the content of the relationship between the development and speed.That is, development needs a reasonable rate:the development needs speed, without speed would be no development, and too slow will hinder the development. Although so, it does not mean the faster as possible, the better.Only in a reasonable speed can it achieve stable development. SectionⅡemphasized the relationship between speed and quality:the development stresses effectiveness, the speed without effectiveness will constraint development; Of course, speed is also important, the pace of development supports the effectiveness.Therefore, it must coordinate the relationship between speed and efficiency. Only make the speed and efficiency unify, will it promote the well and fast development of economic and social.
