Research On Mechanism Of Profit Distribution Of The Beef Cattle Industrial Chain From The Perspective Of Cooperative Game Theory

China as the third largest beef cattle production country of the world, beef cattle industry has been rapid development in the national attention and support. Beef cattle industry role not plays an important only in the adjustment of dietary structure, improving people’s living standard, in the promotion of the transfer of rural labor force, but also has a very important significance to increase farmers’ income and promoting rural economic growth. However, in recent years, Beef cattle breeding costs have been rising rapidly, farmers as the stakeholder of the production link in beef cattle industry chain, the breeding profit is very low that seriously combat the enthusiasm of farmers. Therefore, some farmers have to withdraw from the beef cattle breeding industry, cause the number of beef cattle herds and cows decreased year by year. Cattle source shortage caused slaughter and processing enterprises operating rate is seriously insufficient, even the situation facing closure. Beef production has been unable to meet the domestic consumption demand because of its slow growth, the development of the beef cattle industry is facing the threat. Farmers profit ability is low and the uneven distribution of benefits is the result of breeding enthusiasm drops and cattle source shortage. Through the establishment of a scientific and reasonable interest distribution mechanism, make the interest together of production of beef cattle, slaughter and processing, sales and many other links,form the interests community, increase the profits of each link, especially is to mobilize the enthusiasm of the farmers, is the key to solve this problem.This thesis combines the current situation of the development of beef cattle industry, study on the profit distribution of the beef cattle industrial Chain based on the field survey, the purpose is to explore the main links of the beef industry chain benefit allocation is reasonable. Based on the interests of the main industry chain cooperation, build a reasonable mechanism for the benefits distribution, further study on the influencing factors of each stakeholder cooperation willingness,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote cooperation and improve the distribution of profits. It has important significance to make reasonable interests of the beef industry chain distribution system, stable domestic beef supply and improve beef production capacity.This paper is divided into seven chapters, the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:The first chapter and the second chapter includes the introduction, the concept definition and theoretical basis. Describe the research background and research significance, research objectives and research contents, and related theories in China and abroad, explains the research scope of this paper, describe the related concepts and basic theory. The two chapter lay the foundation for the following study.The third chapter with the aid of statistical data and existing research, analyzes the current development of beef cattle industry chain from three angles of beef cattle breeding, slaughter and processing and the sale of beef, reveals the main problems existing in the current development of cattle industry, shows that currently beef production growth in China slowed down, amount of livestock on hand slipped, development of slaughter and processing enterprises is restricted,and the contradiction between supply and demand of domestic beef is becoming increasingly serious. problems and contradictions such as the increasingly serious domestic beef supply and demand, further to the traditional pattern and modern mode of operation of the beef cattle industry chain are analyzed.The fourth chapter, on the actual investigation data of northeast advantage area cattle farmers, slaughter and processing enterprises and beef dealers as the foundation, analyzes the pattern of distribution of profits of three main links of the beef industry chain. Through the integrated time factor analysis showed that the distribution share in breeding areas is the least in the total profit of a head of cattle, and the beef sales link has the strongest profitability. Because of the high cost of production, lack of technology, feeding on small scale, low degree of information asymmetry, scarce production elements cause farmers in the beef industry chain in a weak position. The profits linking degree were analyzed using grey correlation degree method. The results showed that, The profits linking degree of distribution of benefits in sales links is the largest, played an important role in value-added of beef cattle industrial chain. Slaughter and processing enterprises not fully play a central role in the distribution of benefits, the profitt distribution contribution was not as good as the sales link together with the production link, profit connection is not tight enough.The fifth chapter first analyzes the principle of the benefit distribution of beef cattle industry chain under cooperation state, any one link of profit distribution process will be closely around the fair principle to carry out. In the analysis of the foundation to construct reasonable profit distribution mechanism, the distribution of profit is affecting by the interest creation and growth, production cost and the government policy, the construction of the mechanism of distribution of profits also on consummation benefit joint mechanism and good interest distribution pattern as the foundation. Based on the existing research results and game theory, using the Shapley value method to the allocation of the overall profits of beef cattle industry chain, considering the influence of investment and risk factors, draw the profit allocation result that can reflect the actual situation of beef cattle industry chain, and the benefit allocation methods are interpreted by the actual case, through the analysis: the slaughter and processing enterprises and farmers or retailers of any party cooperation, can bring the industry chain of the value-added and increase the profit distribution share of both stakeholders, profit can be maximized when slaughtering and processing enterprises cooperate with the two sides at the same time.The sixth chapter, first of all, analyzed the organizational model during stakeholders of breeding, slaughter and processing and sales links, and expounded the importance of cooperation. Pointed out that the relations of cooperation is still at a low level, still need to be adjusted and improved. Analysis through the cooperation willingness and the influence factors on each subject showed that, the stakeholders have strong willingness to cooperate.Farmers cooperation willingness is mainly influenced by technical guidance, sales price, cooperative cognition, the scale of farming, education and so on. For the slaughter and processing enterprises, the scale of investment in fixed assets, slaughter capacity and enterprise level is the decisive role influence enterprise cooperation willingness, in addition, external environment characteristic and the transaction object features will also have a very profound impact. The higher the cost, the larger sales of beef, the more extensive brand awareness, the higher of the cooperation cognition degree, lead the stronger willingness to cooperate of beef retailers. At the same time, if the supplier’s capacity for timely delivery of more strong, the product quality is high, the price of beef is lower, the higher the retailers of willingness to cooperate.The seventh chapter summarizes the full text, draw conclusions, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen cooperation between stakeholders and improve the distribution of profits, and explaining for further study of the content.
