Study On The Value Goal And Condition For The Healthy Development Of Pig Industry Chain

The pig industry chain in China is at the stage of primary development,there exists some problems such as unclear goals, the breeding organization marked by low scal and organized, useless regulation mechanism for interests, behavior without regulation and so on, which cause feed hormone content exceeding the standard, drug residuing,lean meat power using, affusion pork and dead pork flwing into market and due to frequent food safety incidents causing consumer welfare loss,low dollar return and low government performance, the health degree of pig industry chain is relatively low, it is urgently to to use strategic thinking and systematic theories to enquire the target of pig industry chain and its realization conditions from the sight of value-added in the whole industry chain, with the purse of pointing the developing way for pig industry chain.The paper studies the value target path and its realation conditions for the healthy development of pig industry chain systematically, and establishes theory system to guide the healthy development of the regional pig industry chain. The research content of thepaper includes four parts.Part one:system cognition and value target system.The part mainly discusses the related concepts, the effect and features of the pig industry chain. Using the symbiosis theory, dissipative structure theory and value analysis theory, the paper constructs the evolutionary mechanism of pig industry chain and studies the selection of symbiosis mode in the evolution process of pig industry chain. Then,the paper studies on the composition and influencing factors of value target system of the healthy development of pig industry chain, using decision analysis, cause and effect feedback as well as scenario analysis method,the paper reveals the formation and evolution law of value target, and designs three kinds of path for achieving the value goals, at the same time, the evolution process of various path are analysed.Part two:the technological economic and environment conditions for realizing value target. This part mainly studies the relative technologies and its influencing factors of upstream and downstream pig industry chain, and constructs the standard ystem for pig industry chain, using statistical analysis technique, the paper studies the breeding cost,total profit and profit rate of capital, then the status of pig industry,the policy for every link of the pigindusry chain and price fluctuation of pig market are analysed.Part three:the organization and mechanism conditions for realizing value target. This part analyses the types and characteristics of pig breeding organization.The paper constructs the formation mechanism for the behavior of the breeding organization favouring the value target and analyzes the motivation of the behavior unfavouring the value target with organization behavior, decision analysis and causal feedback analysis method. Then,the paper constructs the dynamic mechanism, nonlinear mechanism for realizing the value target with incentive theory, dissipative structure theory, symbiosis theory and hidden order theory.finally,the paper puts forward various operation strategy for the mechanism.Part four:evaluation and optimization of the conditions for realizing the value target. This part mainly proposes the thinking process framework for the development conditionsevaluation and constructs the evaluation system including evaluation index system, evaluation standard system and the index weight system for the development conditions with the method of expert interviews, field research method, target decomposition ethod, criterion the right and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Then, the paper takes eagles group,Sichuan Duoduo group and Dong yang pasturage which play the connection role in the pig industry chain as example to take demonstration, at the same time,the optimization strategy for pig industry chain is studied.The thinking framework for studing the value target and the realization conditions of pig industry chain proposed in the paper can provide reference ideas and methods for the related experts to study the pig industry chain systematically and provide programs and decision basis for the related subjects to solve the problems in the development process of the regional pig industry chain.
