“company+farmer” is the main mode of present agricultural industrialization. It connects small farmer and big market and increases the goods value largely by the industrial chain of goods farming, processing and marketing. In modern agricultural production, “company+farmer”can strike and share risk, centralize farmers and production resources then promote the standardized and collaborative operation. It not only brings economic efficient for company and farmers but also provides jobs to keep social stability and broaden the goods value chain to promote the agricultural industrial development. It will become the important revolution power of our agricultural development and food security assurance.The critical factor of this operating mode is the company extend and apply modern agricultural sci-technology results and put agricultural scientific knowledge into producing practice. So it is very important to promote “company+farmer”agricultural technology diffusion. It’s the most common diffusion pattern besides traditional, linear and from upper to down agricultural technology extension pattern.“company+farmer” agricultural technology diffusion means agricultural technological enterprises with technical superiority to organize contracted farmers to attend technical training, instruct the application of new technology and diffuse modern agricultural technology knowledge. What’s more, farmer is the important participant and farmer knowledge behavior plays a vital role in agricultural innovation system.This thesis studies the influence of knowledge behavior on agricultural technology diffusion efficient and effect from the view of farmer. On the basis of learning abroad experience, from the point of farmer social psychology and social networks, using game theory and system simulation methods, this thesis analyzes the farmer knowledge behavior of “company+farmer”agricultural technology diffusion systematically. The main studying works include:1. The abroad countries have accumulated lots of successful experience and relative research achievements on the promotion of farmer knowledge behavior on agricultural technology diffusion. On the basis of literature retrieval, we searched and summarized advanced experience of Australia, India, America and Cuba about thesecountries’ agricultural sci-technology development and farmer knowledge behavior.Refining their laws to provide enlightenment for our agricultural technology diffusion.2. Based on the analysis of connotation and function of company and farmer knowledge docking behavior, it built the process model of knowledge docking, then did volume-cost-profit analysis of company and farmer. Using one-to-many game model analyze method to construct company and farmer knowledge docking behavior game model in condition of none-consideration of default and consideration of default, carried out equilibrium analysis, then studied the influence of various factors on docking behavior and finally proposed six countermeasures to promote company and farmer knowledge docking behavior.3. From the aspects of social psychology and farmer social networks, it analyzed the influencing factors of farmers’ knowledge sharing behavior in agricultural technology diffusion. What’s more, we defined farmer style and built farmers’ knowledge sharing diamond model with social networks as carrier and social psychology as power to influence farmer knowledge sharing willing and ability. On the basis of analyze the cost and profit of core farmer and ordinary farmer, knowledge sharing evolutionary game model was built. Through analyzing the model part stability, we searched the influencing mechanism of social networks, social psychology and out-encourage on knowledge sharing strategy. At last, based on the construction of knowledge sharing cost and profit function of earlier user and later user, one three-participants game model among company, earlier user and later user was designed. Relative countermeasures were proposed according to the equilibrium solutions with the condition of simultaneous decision and sequential decision.4. The vital role of farmer participation in agricultural technology knowledge innovation has been explored. Their power and risk to take part in technology knowledge innovation were proposed in the cooperative process and mechanism.Under several hypothesis, on the basis of cost and benefit analysis of company and farmer in cooperative technology knowledge innovation, we built company and farmer technology knowledge innovation game model with the condition of none-cooperation and cooperation and provided promoting strategies by gainedequilibrium analyze results.5. From the view of system, agricultural technology diffusion system based on farmer knowledge behavior was built. Simulation analysis was done by programming and calculation with Matlab software. The influencing mechanism of Farmer knowledge behavior(including knowledge docking behavior, knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge innovation behavior), company behavior(including technology extension behavior, sharing encouragement behavior and cooperative innovation behavior) and social networks and social psychology factors on agricultural technology diffusion effective was simulated.6. With former research conclusion and “company+farmer” agricultural technology diffusion factual situation, to improve agricultural technology diffusion efficient and effective, several countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the point of farmer, company and government, including promoting farmer knowledge docking, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation; encouraging company’s participation in agricultural technology diffusion, encouraging company knowledge behavior and protecting company’s profit; planning and promoting agricultural technology and industry development, building and supervising“company+farmer” collaborative operation environment and improving relative polices.
