Due to patents provide a uniquely detailed source of information on inventive activity, affillications, technical fields, inventors (and its location) and licensing&transfer, therefore patent data have received the sustained attetion from acadamia and proctice. Patent analysis has play an irreplaceable role during the process of evaluating knowledge sprillovers, technical flowing, technical transfer and evoluation effects. In nearly40years, patent analysis forms a good foundation for further research through establishing a series of indicators, models and empircial researches, especially in the fields of patent strategcial management, technical foresight and patent valuation. However, patent analysis in the new era still confront the two contradictions:the contradiction bewteen "flattened" patent analysis indicators and complexity of patent information, and current single analyzing menthods can’t satisfies deepening demands from technological innovation process.The first chapter reviews the stage of patent analysis simply firstly. And introduces the main characteristics of two phases:patent analysis phase based on indicators and the phase based on network anlyzing. On the basis of two phases partation, a brief description of main contributions, characteristics, network structure properties, basis assumption and challenges are introduced. Furthermore, this chapter straightens the familiar literatures on the multiple views on network analysis. At the same time, the papers sort out the literatural trends of patent network analysis from multi-perspectives, relative literatures contains why needs take advantage of network analyzing, and introduction to the mutliple relation intregation method, weight schema, algorithm,and hypothesis testing cources from defferent fields. Related research foundation lay a theoretical foundation for the expansion of the article.Chapter2mainly introduce the basis concept and characteristics of patent information anlaysis, including the concepts and scopes of patent informtion, and the features, functions and drawbacks of the current patent information analysis. the relative introduction of the charpter provide arguments for subsequent deployments.Chapter3is a brief introduction of patent network analysis and measurement, the core of this chapter explains why patent network structural analysis is introduced into patent information analysis, and furthermore introduce the basic mathematical expression and some commonly-used structural analyzing methods. Chapter4founded on the chapter3, proposed multiple relations intergation methods, of course, relationships integration in not an isolated process, needs to comprehensively consider the issues about weight schema, integrated evaluation of the effectiveness and validation.Chapter5is the innovation point of the papers, proposes a analystical framework of patent information collection. The analyzing framework focuses on network structural analysis based on multi-relations integratation, which exhibit a multi-views observation to patent information collection. The framework emphasizes the integrity and consitency of input (paent information collection as a whole input)and output(the coherence of results). The established framework depends on the use of relational algebra methods. The3core entities and20overall relationships received through the relational algebra tranformation, and after the phrases of multi relations integration, weight schema and evaluation for integration processes, the complete patent information collection analysis is excuted.Chapter6,7and8are the empirical research part of the paper.under the guidance of patent information collection analyzing framework, three different expirical research are excuted, every empirical research select the different entity perspective (assignee, patent doucument, classification) throught multi-relation combination, at last, a comprehensive evaluation model for enterprise technical competitive advantage is established, an optimized patent valuation method based on comprehensive citation network is proposed, and using multiplex relugar equilivence method to foresight the technical fronts.The final coclusion of this article is:integration of multi relationships can realize the comprehensive observation of the same entity, and a comprehensive analysis can boost the trustworthy and accuracy of analyzing results. Therefore, patent network structure analysis method based on the multi-relations integration is an effective analysis method.
