| It is one of hot spots that cerebrovascular disease has been treated by stem cells explantation,and the investigative emphasis is the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)'s effect on stem cells transplanted into vivo.It is the primary part to transplant ESCs into hippocamp of VD model rats,and observe the curative effect and Kangnaoling capsule's influence on ESCs explantation.It has been confirmed that Kangnaoling capsule has a big effect on transplanted ESCs and VD model rats:increase the ability of study and memory,decrease the blood decrease,keep the balance of ET/CGRP and TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1a,meliorate the pyramidal cell's structure of CA1 section of rat hippocampus. The second part is to study the effect of Chuanxiong Zine and Gastrodine on cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury mouse by transplanted BMNCs.The experiment result has been indicated that Chuanxiong Zine and Gastrodine added BMNCs explantation can obviously improve the neuroethology, decrease the volume of cerebral ischemia, increase the blood content of bFGF and VEGF, decrease the expression of apoptosis modulin Bax and Caspase-3, facilitate the TGF-β1 into focal cerebral ischemia, promote the neogenesis of vascular in cerebral ischemia,which is superior to the other groups(p<0.05).It is can be concluded that TCM can increase the stimulate action of stem cells on various kinds factors,and can make the explantation action more predominance. |
