Through the research of the documentary and interview with the medical staffs, the articleset up a hypothesis of team-in-hospital organization climate and organization performance,designed a pre-test questionnaire then used answer sheet form to collect data, adopted distinguishanalysis, item discrimination analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, factor analysis,exploring factor analysis, validating factor analysis, ANOVA and structural equation modeling todispose the survey result, continually revised the pre-test questionnaire, and finally got a highlyeffective and creditable team-in-hospital organization climate scale and organizationperformance perception scale. This scale was, afterward, used on 360 medical staffs in 7 bighospitals in Canton province. And the result was analyzed by several statistical methods. Basedon that, we establish the following conclusion: 1. team-in-hospital organization climate is afour-dimensional structure: The first is the hospital management and support, the second is theteam leading and communication, the third is the position cooperation and outlook, the fourth isthe patience-staff comprehension and communication. It can be measured by the organizationclimate scale which concludes 17 items. 2. Perception on organization performance, which ismade up of individual study and progress, work-quality-regard, patient-regard and economicbenefits, can effectively predict the organization performance. And it can be measured byteam-in-hospital perception on organization performance scale, which concludes 13 items. 3.Factors that influence team-in-hospital perception on organization performance include: sex ofthe employees, marriage status, the length of service in the team and in the hospital, educationalexperience, the occupation and demission trend. Sex of employee will affect the team leadingand communication and the position cooperation and outlook. Marriage status will affect thehospital management and support, the team leading and communication and the positioncooperation and outlook. The length of service in the team and in the hospital will affect thehospital management and Support and the position cooperation and outlook. Educationalexperience will affect position cooperation and outlook and patience-staff comprehension andcommunication. Occupation will affect the position cooperation and outlook, demission trendwill distinct affect on organization climate and other dimensions. 4. Organization climate andperception on organization performance have obvious relations. There is also a high correlationbetween elements of organization climate and elements of organization performance. It provesthat organization climate can directly influence the organization performance.
