Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant disease in urinary system. It's mortality and recurrence rate still remains high. In spite of the great progress in the oncology and clinical therapeutics, there are still lack of practical criteria to evaluated the level of malignancy of the tumor, and the present prevention and treatment measurements appears, in some extent, still in the blindness. So the early diagnosis and early treatment of bladder cancer becomes a protruding problem and a "hot spot" in clinical research.Gene therapy is the most remarkable advance in the field of medical biology in 1990s. Antisense techniques, as a basic principle of gene therapy, plays an important role in the schedule. Also it had now explode into a new era of pharmaceutical development and clinical trial.
