The successful dental implant would not only have fine biocompatibility, but also possess fine biomechanical compatibility. Therefore, it is necessary for us to investigate the interactive biomechanical patterns between the dental implants and post bone. It might increase the successful rates of dental implant and have an important clinical signification. The article investigated the influence of the stress distribution at bone interface around the implants on the dental implant shape, length, diameter, elastic modulus, transmandibular implant, bone quality of implant bed, bone types contacted with the dental implant apex, the numbers of implants and cantilever using two- and three-dimensional finite element methods, simultaneously comprehensively analysed the effect of each factor on the stress distribution with the method of multivariate step regression statistical analysis. The regression equation has been found. The results indicated that: 1.The implant surface shape can affect the stress distributon within bone surrounding dental implants. The stress distribution was lower at the bone interface around porous dental implant than the screw and smooth dental implants. The stresses at bone around dental implant cervix would be reduced by increasing the surface areas of dental implant. 2.The lengths and diameters of dental implants were inversely proportional to the stress distribution at bone around implants neck, it would be benefit to increase implant lengths and diameters. 3. The lower the...
