Objective:The article studied the curative and side effects of chronomodulated therapy for lung cancer and nasopharygeal carcinoma, which were compared to that of routine therapy for them, and looked for a new efficient method for carcinoma.Method:Part 1: Chronomodulated therapy for lung cancer 94 cases NSCLC were randomly allocated into two groups, including routine group (48 cases) and chronomodulated group (46 cases). Similar drugs (EPI) and dosages were administered in both groups, but the routine group started at 8am and chronomodulated group at 8pm. The curative and side effects of chronomodulated therapy were observed and compared to that of routine group.Part 2: Chronomodulated therapy for nasopharygeal carcinoma 65 cases NPC were randomly allocated into routine group (31 cases) and chronomodulated group (34 cases). Similar dosage and fractionation of radiotherapy was administered in both groups, but the routine group started at 8 to 10am and time group at 8 to 10pm. The curative effects and acute radiation reaction of chronomodulated therapy were observed.
