Bone defect caused by trauma,infection,tumor and etc. is very popular in clinic and short of the resource of bone graft is the difficulty to therapy. Tissue engineering technique, new repair method with increment in vitro and construction in vivo,comes to be the best for bone defect recovery. Bone tissue engineering has been researched for years, now it is gradually goning on from animal experiment to clinical experiment.Obviously there's too much different between clinic with animal experiment. In clinic safety and rationality is more important than utility and to be the first. So the selection of cells , material and the method of cells culture in vitro need to be seriously considered.In this experiment, we try to choose human self bone marrow stem cells (BMSc) as the seed cells and self Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) instead of animal blood serum in aim to erase different genus antigen and guarantee the safe. As we expect, we fulfil the induced culture of hBMSc, and assess its safty,bioactivity and characterization. Then we combine hBMSc with YHJ500 CHA, which is popular use in clinic and guarantee its biocompatibility and bone formation ability in athymic mouse vivo.
