Objective1. To investigate the isolation, identification and cultural method in vitro, the bionomics and the GFP expression of skeletal muscles satellite cells of GFP transgenic mouse.2. To study the ability of inducing sketetal muscle satellite cells into osteoblast-like cells, and to approach the possibity of sketetal muscle satellite cells being as a new seed cells for bone tissue engineering.3. To observe the ability of induced ectopic bone and bone repair in the craniotomy defects using SMSC from newborn green fluorescence protein (GFP) transgenic mice mediated by Ad-BMP 2Methods1. The newborn transgenic mouse was acquired to separate skeletal muscles satellite cells with enzyme digestion method. Cells are cultured and subcultured in vitro.
