The Dynamics Analysis Of Capsid Protein Of Poliovirus And The Construction Of Deficience Recombinant Vector Of Poliovirus

The research about capsid protein structure ofpotiovirus was performed to investigate the dynamicproperity of this protein conformation movement via theanalysis of VP4 protein of this virus. The study focus on thepossible law of dynamic movement of VP4 protein and thepossible relation between this movement and the process ofvirus entry into cell. The result indicated that theantibodies against the internal peptides of poliovirus( VP4 and amino terminal of VP1 ) had the neutralizingactivity against poliovirus; but, this neutralizing activityof the antibodies depended on the incubation of antibodiesin 37℃ with the virus together. The immuneprecipitationused in this research confirmed further that. Thisneutralization of antibodies to the virus resulted from theexposure of internal structure of virus to the surface ofvirion, and, this kind of exposure was reversible.
