Objective: This experiment research explores the pathogensis of EM and therapeutic mechanism of YWN from molecular biology which will provide full and scientic rationale and the gift of the experiment.Method: On successfully creating EM model of rats by autotransplantation of womb,we investigate histomorphology,the level of INF-y and IL-10 in serum with enzyme immunoassay, the positive expression of COX-2 and Fas, FasL in the ectopic tissue with immunohistochemical method,and the positive expression of MCP-1mRNA and COX-2mRNA in the ectopic tissue with In situ hybridization.Results: The level of INF-y in serum falls in EM rats,while the level of IL-10 rises.The positive expression of MCP-1mRNA, COX-2 protein and its mRNA in the ectopic tissue is high in EM group,while the positive expression of Fas/FasL is low.By YWN's treatment, the level of INF-y in serum rises ,while the level of IL-10 falls;The positive expression of MCP-lmRNA, COX-2 protein and its mRNA in the ectopic tissue is low in EM group,while the positive expression of Fas/FasL is high. Coclusion:1.The imbalance of Thl/Th2 cell factor may be related to the pathogenesis of EM.2. MCP-1 cell factor may play an important role which urges estopic tissue to implant,grow and develop.3.The growth of new vessels in ectopic endometrium is necessary condition in the form and development of EM.4.The abatement of programmed cell death in ectopic endometrium may play an important role in the development ofEM.5.YWN can regulate the imbalance of immune system, induce programmed cell death in ectopic endometrium,and inhibit the growth of new vessels in ectopic endometrium.
