PART I : The Study of the loading ability of dynamical mechanics and histology of inner fixer planting of heterogenetic bone in the radius segmental defect of rabbits. Objective: To investigate the biomechanical change of a new-style bovine compact bone in the course of catabolism in the bodies of rabbits.Method: Critical size defects was created in the bilateral radius in forty-eight New Zealand white rabbits those were randomly divide into four experimental groups: compression group, torsion group, flexion group and extension group and every group was divide into four subgroups:one month subgroup, two- month subgroup , three-month subgroup and four-month subgroup. The control groups are four kinds of figure of bovine compact bone. Four kinds of figure of bovine compact bone were planted in the radius segmental defect of rabbits. After operation, three rabbits were killed in every group every month. The specimens were received macroscopic, microscopic examination and biomechanical intensity examination of compression , torsion , flexion and extension. The criteria of observation were analyzed statistically.Result: At the fourth week after operation:tight fibro-connection could be found between the implant and fracture site.Histological analysis...
