Human Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) caused by Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) has become the most serious infectious disease in the world.Unfortunately, currently AIDS has no cure. Without effective antiviral therapy, more than 90% of AIDS patients will die of AIDS related disease. Although some antiviral drugs have been useful in AIDS therapy, they are very expensive and many patients don't tolerate drug treatment or become resistant. Additionally, antiviral drugs can not completely remove the virus. Therfore, controlling the prevalence of AIDS must rely on a safe and efective vaccine. So many kinds of HIV , and some vaccines have been invented now, including the traditional inactived, attenuated vaccine modern developed vaccine such as nucleic acid vaccine, synthetic peptide vaccine, viral vector vaccine, etc. However, none of them produce the good effect in clinical trial. Such a result perhaps owes much to the highly diversity of HIV, unclear AIDS pathogenesis and a low antibody titer induced by the vaccine.Polivirus is a kind of positive single strand RNA virus, competent in self-replication. The attenuated subtype Sabrin strain is proved safe and...
