Epidemiologic study has shown that the mobidity of children simple obesity is 3%~17% and presents increasing tendency continuously in China. Simple obesity has become a severe nurition problem in childhood, and has harmed children physiopsychic healthy growth enormously. Obesity correlates with dyslipidemia and hyperinsulinemia closely, which result in cardiac and cerebrovascular disease, such as atherosclerosis, hypertension and so on. Vascular endothelial dysfunction is the priming link of the pathological changes mentioned above. Some study showed that simple obese children had developed endothelial diastoclic dysfunction. Whether or not they had developed endothelial coagulation and adhesion disorders at the same time? Whether or not they had developed vascular endothelial histological impairment in the early stage of endothelial dysfunction? The focus of paediatric clinical and basic study currently is how to use effective intervention to ameliorate children simple obesity associated dyslipidemia and vascular endothelial dysfunction. The prevention and treatment of obesity in children...
