Thesdy of three kinds of image and serun AFP test ondetecting the residual,reeurrence and metas515 lesionsrterTACE for Primary carcinoma of liverAbstractObjective:TO evaiuate the clinical aPPlication value and the significanee ofs"etie images aeeo心ng to the 18FeT, eT and nsA exam on deteetingthe residual,reeurrenee and metastasis lesions of Primary earcinoma of liver(PCL) after TACE,and to investigate the eorrelation between serum AFP andPCL lesions.Methods:80 PCL Patients eonfined by histologieal exam were selected in thePresent study, ineluding 20 eases of welldifferentiated HCC,44 eases ofmoderately一diflrentiated HCC,1 1 eases of Pooriydifferentiated HCC,3eases ofmoderately一diflrentiated eholangioearcinoma and 2 eases of moderately-direntiated cystie adenocarcinoma.All eases were analyzed retrosPeetivelywith ET, CT, DSA and serun AFP testter TACEmonths.The diagnosticemeacy of three images was emPared with each other. The signifieanee ofsynthetie images and the eorrelation between the serum AFP and the lesions wereevaluated also.Results:1.Total 104 lesions in 80 eases defined by synthesis diagnosis methods(inelunge 18FG pET,eT,DsA exam,thelorattest,or by liverbioPsy and Post一oPeratlve Pathofogie exam)were divided into 2 grouPs.In first。uP, 84 lesions with moderately and Poorlydiflrrenee viable tumors,and 26withoutsidual and reCunnee viabletu。or were Confinned also.In Seeond。uP,they are ail well一diflrentiated PCL lesions.4 with and 16 withoutresidual and reeurrenee viable tumors lesions were detected eomPletely. 2.InPET exam:58 hyPermetabolie lesions(SUV:2.5一6.0)in total 104 were found inPET exam,whieh shaPe disPlayed nodules or masses with elearly boundary anduniform radioactivity region.Somehlobated edges,and a few mhafestedcentral defeetive radioaetivity zone in whieh surmunded with intense uPtakemargins(SUV>2.5).In these lesions,56 were defined as residual and reCurrenceviable tumors,and 2 were detennined as the inflanroatory granulation tissueherplasia.The remaining 46 lesions were negative image,which disPlayed thesa。e radioactivity as normal llver level(SUV 1.72.0).40 without residualorreeurrenee viable tumor and 4 false negative lesions were eonfinned by synthetiediagnosis.2 lesions were too small(
