Study On Yiqihuayufa For Curative Uterine Leiomyoma And For Influence Of Proliferation And Wither-Dead Of Cells

To approach relation between TNF- a , sIL-2R etc. and uterine leiomyoma Of disease , and to study the mechanism of curative effect about " yiqihuayufa" that is a prescription of Chinese herbal medicine in proliferation and wither-dead of cells field. Method:The 67case uterine leiomyoma patients are divided three group at random, are treated by "hualiufang", "guizhifuling" capsule and "RU486". then Compare curative effect. Meanwhile outer blood serum content of TNF- a, sIL-2R, E2, P are surveyed around treatment, moreover protein gene expression (ER, PR, P53, Bcl-2, Bax, Fas-L) are surveyed in 21 case of the patients who are not treatment by the medicine, and the cell of uterine leiomyoma are nurtured by method of next to the wall to set up cell system of uterine leiomyoma .after the three kind medicine used it are compared, which are expression of Bcl-2, Fas, Fas-L , cell period and effect of ratio of cell wither and dead. Results:Three kind medicine are all effective for curing uterine leiomyoma , but"Hualiufang" is the best (P<0.05) . comparing normal person TNF-a, sIL-2R lever is high in the patients outer blood serum (P<0.01 ).andcomparing normal uterus , the expression of ER, PR, Bcl-2 is higher,and Fas-L, Bax is lower in the one' s tissue .rate of S period is rise inproliferation of cell period .after used "Hualiufang", "Guizhifuling", "RU486", the expression of Bcl-2 is reduce, the expression of Fas N Fas-L is increase, ratio of cell wither and dead is increase . Conclusion:The uterine leiomyoma of a disease relate to increase of level of TNF-a ^ sIL-2R and high expression of ER, PR, Bcl-2 of one' s tissue; "Hualiufang", "Guizhifuling", "RU486" are effective for curing uterine leiomyoma , because they can increase expression of Fas , Fas-L , reduce expression of Bcl-2, therefore promoter cell wither and dead of uterine leiomyoma.but curing effect of "yiqihuayu-xiaobufa" is best.
