Combining the retrieval of some ancient Chinese medicine books, we can complete Professor Li’s overview of academic origin and thoughts and clinical experience this two-part summary of the research work. In the final phase of the research, we can conclusing the clinical efficacy and test the results of learning with the teacher by selecting 80 cases in wards and outpatient randomly, who were in a gastritis state infected by Hp, and comparing the curative effect of the "jianpiqinghuafang" joint remedy triple and standard triple-control study and joint remedy, completing the clinical research part of the work.Result:Consists of three parts, namely, Professor Li Qiangou’s academic origin overview, Professor Li Qiangoui’s academic thought and clinical experience finishing with a summary, Professor Li Qiangoui’s "jianpiqinghuafang" treating damp-heat-resistant Helicobacter pylori infection Gastritis clinical research. The first part is Professor Li Qiangou’s academic origin OverviewThis part shows the formation process of Li’s "Tiaoganlipi" unique academic thought treating spleen and stomach disease by discussing Professor Li Qiangou’s biography and the academic origin of "Tiaogan" and "Lipi" academic thought. Combined with its Clinical, it is considered that the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases not only from the spleen and stomach, but also need to comply with curing liver, liver and stomach with the tune, summed spleen is the basic pathogenesisas of digestive diseases, lifting is the basic functions of the spleen and stomach, nursing care advocates Wenyang in the air, raising the spleen and stomach yin, liver catharsis and transportation are the characteristics of this unique "Tiaoganlipi" clinical experience. The second part is Professor Li Qiangou’s academic thought and clinical experience finishing with summary.Through the clinical lecture contents of mentor and summary with the teacher’s experience, combined with relevant ancient medical books and modern periodical literature theory of "Tiaoganlipi",I have a more comprehensive summary with clinical tutor by the use of relevant theory and clinical experience.1. Academic ThoughtThis article introduces the theoretical basis of "Tiaoganlipi" academic ideas separately from the liver and spleen tune.It contains the discussion of toning liver from the etiology and pathogenesis of liver and spleen disorders, paying attention to the liver and spleen (stomach) treated at the same time, and from the pathogenesis of spleen discussing spleen is the root cause of digestive diseases, with a detailed description Lipi Method in digestive diseases and concluded Professor Li Qiangou clinical syndrome in the spleen disease etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome type and treatment methods. He thinks that diets, emotional disorders, over-exerting and exogenous six evils are the main causes of gastrointestinal disease. And the disease location is in the spleen, intestine, liver and kidney. The pathogenesis consists of movements disorders, transportation of stolen division, wet muddy resistance. The pathological manifestations are the abnormal of receiving, abnormal operation of the lift, unifying and other functions of the spleen and stomach. The treatment of it contains "Spleen fifteen methods, cure stomach fifteen methods, ten diarrhea treatment, cure gall eight methods".In a nutshell, they are "Tiaogan four method, lipi four methods, liver and spleen with the tune four methods ", which become a complete unique" Tiaoganlipi "theory.2. Clinical ExperienceThis article introduces that "Tiaogan four method, lipi four methods, liver and spleen with the tune four methods " is used in particular diseases of digestive system, which includes that the bile reflux gastritis, peptic ulcers, helicobacter pylori infection, senile functional constipation, fatty liver disease, irritable bowel syndrome, insomnia, obesity, etc. And it also expounds that the "Tiaoganlipi" was used in the diseases of digestive system from the etiology and pathogenesis, specific therapies, medical cases. Combined with modern medical theory to explain the pathogenesis, it suggested that this theory is scientific, conforming to the standard of modern medicine, making it more easy to understand and applicable to clinical practice. The third Part is the clinical study "jianpiqinghuafang" treating damp-heat-resistant Helicobacter pylori infection gastritis clinical research. Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of "jianpiqinghuafang" treating Helicobacter pylori infection and gastritis, and the eradication of’jianpiqinghuafang" joint medicine remedy to Hp.Methods:A randomized controlled study,80 patients with drug-resistant infection Hp gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was got "jianpiqinghuafang" joint medicine remedy triple therapy, the control group received standard salvage therapy regimens 4 weeks. Changes in symptom scores were observed, as well as the overall effect of Hp infection clearance and eradication rates.Results:(1) Two syndromes total score before and after treatment were significant differences between the two groups showed significant differences (P<0.01), indicating that the two methods in improving the spleen damp-heat resistant Hp infectious gastritis clinical symptoms have a significant role, and traditional Chinese medicine group significantly is better than western medicine. (2) Between the two groups after 4 weeks, each symptom scores shows that epigastric ruffian inflation, the other symptoms of main symptoms, epigastric burning, nausea, vomiting, stool sticky, accompanied by other symptoms, Chinese medicine group was significantly higher in Western medicine group effect (P<0.05). (3) Comparison of the two groups showed that the overall efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine group, the total effective rate of 94.74%, higher than Western medicine group, which is 81.08%. (4) The Chinese medicine group resistant Hp clearance rate was 86.84%, eradication rate was 73.68%; Western medicine group resistant Hp clearance rate was 75.68%, eradication rate was 51.35%, higher than the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine group medicine group. Conclusion:"Jianpiqinghuafang" joint medicine remedy triple therapy for spleen deficiency heat-resistant Helicobacter pylori infection and gastritis type has good clinical efficacy and eradication of drug Hp has a good effect, it is worth further study. This article summarizes clinical experience and academic supervisor thought in gastrointestinal disease, having a clear "Tiaoganlipi" theory in academic medicine origin; study the clinical basis of "Tiaoganlipi" theoretical guidance for treating stomach diseases; deepening "Tiaoganlipi "theory, be expanded in the clinical use of heat from the perspective of further research spleen efficacy and advantages of Chinese medicine.so that the clinical value of this theory is proved.
