The species and infection of parasitical trematode in Corbicula fluminea(Müller) from downstream of Jiulong river were investigated during 2003 to 2005. The seasonal fluctuations about infectation percentage and the harm on the Corbicula fluminea(Müller) by two species of frequent trematode were comparised. The author observed and described main structures of reproductive system, excretory system and nervous system of adult Lophotaspis orientalis Faust et Tang,1936 by vivipereception and histochemistry localization, The author also observated the occurrence of germ cells preliminarily, chromatosome morphology and early development of L. orientalis with methods of histological section, squash-staining and vivipereception.1.There are total five species of trematode including adult and larvae in Corbicula fluminea. Among of which, 3 species of Aspidogastrids: Aspidogaster ilimai Kawamura, 1915; Cotylaspis sinensis Faust et Tang,1936; Lophotaspis orientalis Faust et Tang,1936. 2 larvae belong to the Family Bucephalidae Poche,1907 and Family Gorgoderidae Looss,1910 of the Digenea2.The investigations about the seasonal fluctuation that larvae of the Bucephalidae and L. orientalis infected Corbicula fluminea indicates that the peak of infection by larvae of the Bucephalidae appears in March and October ,the peak of infection by L. orientalis appears in August and November. when infective rates of one trematode reach maxmum, the other is minimum.3.Histology observation of Corbicula fluminea infected by two species trematodes showed that ,the larva of the Bucephalidae injuried Corbicula fluminea more severely ,because branches of its daughter sporocyst distribute extensively in Corbicula fluminea, but the adult L. orientalis only parasite in pricardial coelom of Corbicula fluminea.4.The main branches of one side excretory canal of the L. orientalis coincide basic pattern of trisection branches.5.The main structure of the L. orientalis nervous system is consisted of one pair of cerebral ganglia connected by a well-developed brain commissure, two pairs nerve stems of anterior and two pairs nerve stems of posterior, and some nerve commissures . The Cotylocidium have found to possessing nervous system...
