Enzootic bovine leukemia (EBL) is an infectious neoplasm caused by bovine leukemia virus (BLV). This disease is found in all countries of world which raise cows. There is a serum positive rate from 30% to 50% in some cattle groups in our country. It causes threatening for raising cattle in China. Up to now, there is no method to control and treat this disease. The aim of study on appearance of EBL is mainly centralized on BLV. The knowledge of genes expression is a few in the function of EBL and aspects in diagnosis and treatment. This study that observed the expression and distribution of 4 apoptotic factors, relation apoptotic factor with apoptosis, changes of T and B subgroup, and changes of molecular pathology in 14 cows suffering from enzootic bovine leucosis from several resides was detected by histochemistry, TUNEL technology, immune-fluorescent flow cytometry and so on. The aim of this experiment supplies theoretic basis for preventive and therapy of EBL, and consult dates for T lymphoid cell leucosis of human being .The results were described in the following.The neoplasm lesions were found in all lymph nodes of body (especially in neck superficial lymph node, mesentery lymph node and diaphragm lymph node) and a lot of organs (e.g. heart, stomach and kidneys and so on). Microscopically, the pervasion of tumor cells to the organs and tissues was found through the lymph vessels and blood vessels. The suggestions were put forward that it should get to strengthen inspection in EBL, treat as using in industry and no eating for slaughtered body with tumors in all lymph nodes and organs.The positive cells expression of P53 had an important relation to the appearance of EBL. B cells with P53 mutation strain might be a target cell to format tumors. Bax and Caspase-3 had a high expression in tumor cells with more differentiation and a positive relation to tumor cell apoptosis (P< 0.01). The positive expression intensity of Bcl-2 had a relation to degree of tumor cell depravation and had a negative relation to tumor cell apoptosis (P<0.01). This finding might offer a new way to study molecular mechanism of development in tumor cells and a new theory for diagnosis and genes treatment of EBL in clinic.This study indicated that 14 cases had a characteristic of lines B, and tumor cell origin from Bla cells. CD19, CD20, CD45RA and CD45RB were the reliable superficial signs. The abnormality of T cells was found in cattle with EBL. Owing to loss equilibrium of CD4 cell and CD8 cell and reduce counteraction to tumor cells, the tumor appeared in body. Therefore, reinforcing breeding and heightening resistibility have important means in preventing EBL.This study showed that the tumor cells might have ability to secrete TNF-a, VEGF and CT. They had a higher expressive rate than tumor sideward tissues and had a significantly statistic difference between both tumor tissues and tumor sideward tissues (P<0.01). Among them positive expression ratio of BEGF was 78.6%, and TNF-a was 42.9%. In virtue of VEBF more expression, new vessels in tumor tissues could grow and led to tumor cell infiltration to a lot of tissues. The results indicated that level of VEGF and CT in tumor tissues might make as a sign to diagnosis of EBL. VEGF might also make a valuable index of recrudesce and treatment of tumor in clinic. The formation of anti-vessels had a important function in clinical treatment of tumor.
