As China's fixed asset investment has increased year by year, a large number of public infrastructure constructions have been completed. It brought to people's life an unprecedented convenience, at the same time it brought to the natural environment damages which cannot be restored, as it caused a consumption of enormous amount of natural resources. Green environmental protection has been advocated by the Government. A number of environmentally-friendly materials in construction projects have been increasingly widely used.Foamed cement banking is defined as adding to the land a certain percentage of curing agent, water and air pre-prepared by fully mixing, conveying, pouring shape formed by the conservation of light porous filling material. Its main features are: by changing the mixture of various components, maintaining an apparent density and intensity adjustability; it can make use of mud and other construction machinery, it has the largest distance between the delivery of up to 1500m, it is with high mobility; it can be operated in relatively small pace with the easy construction instead of rolling and vibration; when meet the design requirements'age, it is self-reliance, and self-rigid; using the construction spoil generated soil as raw material made it so environmentally friendly, it is in a wide range of applications in future road construction.China is the world's third largest country in permafrost, seasonally frost soil area of the country accounts for about 53.5 percent of the land area, mainly located in three provinces in Northeast China, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Ningxia, northern Xinjiang, Qinghai, western Sichuan and other places. Research has shown that permafrost engineering at home and abroad, especially long-distance linear project, affect a variety of diseases. Permafrost region not only shorten the path of diseases. Diseases in frozen soil area not only shortened the way life and improve the road maintenance costs, but also directly affect the capacity of roads, not conducive to the development of permafrost region's natural resources and regional economic development. Therefore permafrost research has the important influence on the development of the national economy. This article relies on the building of the Ministry of Communications Science and Technology western transportation projects, combined with the actual project in Inner Mongolia Highway 1, on the bubble mixed light soil roadbed in permafrost region in disease prevention and treatment research:1. Through the course of a mixture of soil frost heave theory, combined with the law of mass conservation, energy conservation law, the use of finite element theory and numerical methods, to write the thermal conductivity of the soil physics equations, and shows how the physical properties of soil is calculated.2. Researches of the foam system for domestic and foreign, the selection of the appropriate type of protein foam, through the series of indoor tests, the clear light of the detailed soil physical and mechanical properties and pavement. As a filling material used for building roads, bubble mixed light soil CBR strength, compressive properties and fatigue resistance all meet the requirements. It has a better adhesive force between other materials such as asphalt pavement materials, concrete materials. However, due to the fact that bubble mixture is a light porous soil material, many factors affect its performance, due to conditions, this project of air bubbles mixed properties of light soil is only preliminary in nature. It is necessary to further increase the amount of pilot projects, in order to better understand its performance of law.3. Through the research of the frost heave of the road pumping mechanism and influencing factors, application and analysis of numerical calculation, we got in different climatic conditions, different light soil thickness, different height and width of roadbed, different circumstances of light thermal conductivity for frozen soil protection and road frost heave prevention timpanist's insulation performance data. Based on the conclusion of results of researches carried out at home and abroad, we set up the study of using light soil for the protection of frozen soil foundation, for the first time we came up with that the light soil used for the insulation of the frozen ground. The light soil's structure design, intensity values, and other design methods and recommended values. And constructions of test sections have been working well.4. For the first time we used a light-weight thermal insulation layer, deflection and the use of observations, carried out on the pavement failure analysis. We think that the unreasonable lay-out of the light soil grass-roots level has resulted in the crush of the light soil surface under the external pressure from the roller and motor vehicles into gravel layer, the surface of the light soil, after being crushed separated from the asphalt surface phase, curved surface tensile stress at the bottom of asphalt layer over the flexural tensile strength, is the main cause of the structural damages of the test vertical and horizontal sections of the road to the rapid emergence of cracks and crack networks, such as surface crush and fall. Basic on the conclusion of the pilot section of the light soil, came out the reasonable location for light soil, structural design, strength values, bulk density (thermal conductivity) and the design methods and materials recommended value, and made light soil notes in construction and testing methods.5. After a comprehensive analysis of relevant information both at home and abroad, set down the calculation method to determine the level of frost heave force of back of abutment. After the test section of paving, we think that light soil abutment can reduce or even eliminate the frost heave and soil lateral pressure, which made light soil abutment back filling the scope, structure, form, intensity, design and materials, made light of the sub grade soil and connected to differential settlement control standards, given the light soil of the abutment construction Notes and quality control measures.This research will provide new thinking and method of roadbed problems and remedial measures of frost soil area.
