Taking advantage of the wide use and convenience of data transfer on Internet, networked manufacturing (NM) can almost infinitely stretch the operation business of the enterprises. It is an urgency which every modern enterprises implementing NM is confronted with that how to enhance the share of equipment resource, how to implement the monitor and control and fault diagnosis, how to integrated the data net with control net. However, equipment intelligent control for NM is one of key technologies to solve the above problem. It can help enterprises to improve the efficiency of equipment employ, to improve the safety and work efficiency of operator, to rationally use the person resources, and to implement cooperation between enterprises. Therefore, it is an important and valuable work to research the construction principle and technology of intelligent monitor and control system of electro-mechanical equipment for networked manufacturing (IMCSEENM).In order to integrate intelligent monitor and control system of electro-mechanical equipment with the other application systems for NM, the functional architecture of IMCSEENM is put forward in the dissertation. Some key technologies for implementation of IMCSEENM have been researched in depth, which including remote real-time control technology based on internet, intelligent control technology of equipments in the field, intelligent fault-diagnosis based on artificial immune system, intelligent fault-tolerant control technology based on multi-mode redundancy (IFTCTMR), the modeling of distributed fault-diagnosis based on multi-agent principle. Based on the above key technology and theory, the development and preliminary application of a prototype system, such as a real-time control system in field and a remote monitor and control system based on Web, is also discussed. These research works make active exploration for IMCSEENM technology in NM mode of Chinese manufacturing industry.
