The side-slope that loses its stability by raining is a familiar geology disaster in nature. The principle that it produces is mainly two aspects: One is exterior function causing by kinetic energy of rain, the other is some inner function causing by rain infiltration into slope-body. The former research was paid attention only; the latter research that a kind of function usually is very important was rare. According to the purpose, researching the principle of water-soil interaction in soil-slope and analyzing and predicting its stability in condition of rain infiltration through experiments and theories in the paper. The main route of technique that bases on the development process of the soil-slope function in condition of rain infiltration is elaborated gradually.The nine kinds of basic modes of rain runoff in soil-slope are concluded in the paper. These modes can be conversed three kinds of forms by principle of water balancing. The mode of rain infiltration in soil-slope can be generalized for four districts: exchange severely district, opposite stabilize seep district, influence water level district and groundwater district. Studying some factors about soil quality, soil-body structure, soil containing water quantity, water (soil) temperature, slope, plant overlay etc. influents the ability of infiltration by imitating experiment in condition of raining. And getting some lately experiment results. We deduce in detail the control equation of 3D saturated-unsaturated flow in the soil-slope in condition of rain infiltration first time, and elaborate the boundary condition type and how to choose, and build up two kinds of basic mathematics models basing on quantity of rate of water or the water pressure, and inquire the method that how to obtain the model relevant parameter computed.The water-soil interaction in the soil-slope that is caused by rain infiltration is divided into the water-soil chemical interaction effect, water-soil physics function, flow function and their cooperation of interaction. According to the principle of chemistry dynamics and related experiment, we analyze synthesized the water-soil chemical effect basic type and principles and its control factors.
