Nowadays, the manufacturing industry is facing the global competition on market, resource and technology. Various consume need makes it hard to forecast the market. The great changes has made the traditional manufacturing mode no longer adapt to the international competition. Thus, Agile Manufacturing(AM) is put forward as a bran-new enterprise development stratagem. And the Virtual Enterprise(VE) is the important method and organized form to implement AM using the social and technology base.This dissertation analyse and sum up the actuality of research on VE, and focuses on the production planning and scheduling problem in VE. An extensive study on the collectivity system structure, the implementation of Work-flow in VE, the production planning algorithm of VE, and the workshop heuristic fuzzy scheduling algorithm of ally parters is carried out. The main contents and achievements of the dissertation is as follows:1. The idiographic requirement of VE on information system is studies, the technology content and advantages of Web Services is discussed. Then the overall structure of the information system for VE is put forward, and its characteristics is discussed.2. Upon that system structure, the overall model of WfMS for implementing in VE is presented. Then, the two aspects of organization structure design and business process definition is discussed in details, a scheduling algorithm of WfMS engine based on ECA rule is presented, and the method of definition and exchange of the process information based BPEL4WS between the distributed WfMS engines is presented.3. By synthetically using Contract Net Protocol, the traditional MRP arithmetic theory, Goal Programming, Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation, a production planning making algorithm for VE is presented creatively. The Available-to-promise calculation algorithm model based on Goal Programming is discussed in details, and an improved Simplex Method is presented. The mathematics model of bid documents evaluation problem based Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation and the Fuzzy Relation Synthetic is presented in details.4. The new requirement of ally enterprise's workshop scheduling problem is analysed, and a heuristic fuzzy scheduling algorithm is presented by using the Fuzzy Number in the workshop scheduling problem for the first time.
