The rapid development of network information technology exerts tremendous influence on market, products R&D, manufacturing, and business management of modern manufactory. At the same time, the wide application of network technology promotes to quicken the process of economy globalization, which leads to the more fierce competition. Therefore, the manufacturing industrial district being mainly comprised of small-medium sized enterprise is required more. It is the vital significance to establish the enterprises collaboration and govern the manufacturing industrial district in order to improve the informational ization level and accelerate sustainable development of the enterprises and the manufacturing industrial district.Relied on the Natural Science Foundation of China—"A study on the key problem of orient-industry enterprise informationalization" (No.59975079) and the Key Project of Science and Technology of Yuhuan county in Zhejiang province, "Research on Theory and Practice of Synergetic Industrial Ecosphere (SIE)" has entirely and further been discussed by combined with the practical object of the auto and motorcycle parts industry in Yuhuan county, Zhejiang province. And the aim is to develop its information system with practical applied value and realize its informationalization and sustainable development.This paper researches on Synergetic Industrial Ecosphere from its theory and practice. By compared the natural ecosystem with the manufacturing industrial district, the concept, the organizational hiberarchy pedigree, the living system semantic model and the ecosystem character of SIE are firstly put forward by combined with the research achievement of Industrial Alliance. Then the architecture of SIE is constructed, which is compartmentalized to six tiers including essential theories tier, technologies tier, interaction tier, organizations tier, Internet/Intranet network tier and application activities tier. On its interaction tier, the Synergetic Cell of SIE with Internet interoperability is put forward and the relationship of each other is analyzed.In order to form the steady dissipative structure of SIE, the formative condition is analyzed by the Dissipative Structure theory. The entropy flow model including positive entropy flows and negative entropy flows in SIE is also analyzed in detail. Then, based on the biologic diversity principle, the biologic niche and auto-control mechanism, the maintaining stability mechanism and control mechanism of SIE are analyzed. Finally, based on the relationship of the Synergetic Cell's each other, the coevolution of SIE is put forward by compared with the coevolution of the natural ecosystem.It's the key question to research the synergetic method of SIE. Firstly, according to "the compatible to survive" and "symbiosis" in the natural ecosystem, the connotation of the competition and synergy in SIE is analyzed. Then the five correlative goal dimensions of the Synergetic Cell are discussed. According to the organizational hiberarchy of the natural ecosystem, the synergetic architecture of SIE is built, which is compartmentalized to four tiers including inner-enterprise's synergy, inner-enterprise-specific's synergy, inner synergy of SIE and inner synergy of biosphere.
