Complex Electro-mechanical systems play a great role in our life and practical produce. But many machines developed by Traditional Engineering approach (separation, sequential design process), can't satisfy the request exaltation of the product function, the main reason neglect the relations of each physics system and relations of the each disciplinary design task in design process, resulting some conflicts among each physical subsystem hiding in the actual system, so there are function deficiency in machines. For solving these problem, the thesis has chiefly carried on research of the following several aspects:(1) Taking the temper mill as a as a typical example, this paper analyze two kind of coupled problems inside of design process of the complicated Electro-mechanical systems:(1)Analyzing three common coupling relation between some subsystem of Electro-mechanical systems: coupling between Electronic parameters and mechanical dynamic movements, and interaction between the Transmission systems, and interaction of multi-domain in the working interface, based on these relation, we establish the multi-domain coupling models of the whole system.(2) because there are some cross-variables between the coupled design tasks, the Optimization model with Global Variables are put forward to describe the coupled design problem, and weanalyze the cause of conflicts between different task in solving this typeproblem.(2) For solving the multi-domain coupling equations, based on parallelism across the system, two arithmetic are put forward by us according different problem: (1) Based on wave-relaxation method, a parallel Newmark method is constructed for solving the coupled mechanical dynamic equation, (2)a multi-rate parallel Newmark-RK method is designed for solving the stiff coupled Mechanical-Electronic dynamic equations(3) Being the conflicts coupled design problem with the global variables, we put forward some novel method to resolve it:(1) using the objective satisfaction predicting user Satisfaction, we can transform objectives to Constraints, and a single objective substitute the multi-objective, (2)if the satisfaction is too high, there may be no feasible solution, we put forward a way to detect cause of no solution. (3)in order to realizing collaborative design, we put forward a collaborative algorithms based compound penalty function, which get rid of the drawbacks of CO (collaborative optimization).(4) This paper study the Parallelism technique of serial code for windows, based on the interface of windows programming, the binary legacy code can be used in PVM program environment.(5) Taking use of above novel method and technique, two design examples of coupled problem in 4 high rolling mill prove thesealgorithms accurate and practical...
