Researching and setting reasonable waterproofing system on bridge decks can effectively reduce and prevent earlier damage, it is one of the most valid measures to guarantee and improve the endurance of bridges, which convert the design concept of bridge from strength the design to endurance design.This paper study on the material and the classification of waterproofing layer in bridge, regulate the name of waterproofing material; According to the result of experiment and the analysis of affecting factor, combining practice, putting forward experiment method and testing index to test the functions of waterproofing material in high and low temperature, stretch function, waterproofing function, aging function...etc. Besides, study on glued function and fatigue function of waterproofing material.Evaluate and contrast familiar waterproofing material from the anti machine hurt, anti- heat aggregate breakthrough experiment and waterproofing function, put forward experiment method and testing index, according to the anti- harm function, decide the minimum thickness of the waterproofing layer.Make use of the LLM test system and pulling apparatus to do the experiment of shearing and pulling, study on the stability of layer combination, acquire the rule of change of shearing strength between layers and gluing strength, decide shear index between layers.Combine the constructions and testing hi project, researching a series of instruments to test the quality of waterproofing material, including electric shearing instrument, pulling apparatus, 90 ?peeling apparatus and water pressure resistance apparatus , analyzing the error of these instrument, put forward the index of peeling strength and stability between layers.Adopt finite element method to calculate and analyze shears between asphalt layer and deck layer, studying the change of shear and stress in different construction layers; studying on the changes the stress of negative bending moment, acquire the expressions of calculating the stress of negative bending moment. Established the calculation model of waterproof layer tensile above bridge crack, compute a minimum extension and strength the waterproofing layer must have hi a certain width crack.Based on inside and outside experiment and construction mechanicscalculation , consider weather area of waterproof layer , waterproofing ratings, the function of anti-hurt in construction and stability of layer combination, put forward systematic design method and recommend the typical asphalt concrete bridge structure with waterproofing layer .
