The geometry damage mechanics and the energy damage mechanics are used to make models for rock.Exploring of the impact of transcient damage to rheology is done.The contents are as follows.(1) The statistical damage constitutive model for rock is improved basing on the hypothesis that the strain in the rock without damage is ideal to that in the damage rock.The hypothesis that all of the stresses in damage evolution equation are effective stresses is realized, and the proplem how to couple plastic strain to damage is solved.( 2) A statistical damage constitutive model is used to explore the feature that the stress-strain curve of damage rock curls upward when the loaded stress is little.And the mixture method is used to realize the coupling of rock without damage,damage and fluid.(3) The Eshelby equivalent inclusion method is used to set up a statistical damage constitutive model for elastic,plastic and damage rock.(4) The Eshelby equivalent inclusion method and CDM are used to set up a constitutive model for elastic,plastic and damage rock. Such a mdel that thinks of coupling of damage, damage's plastic strain and rock's plastic strain has been explored. And this paper uses the Eshelby equivalent inclusion method and CDM to set up the mdel.(5) Basing on the exploring of the functions of cohesion force and friction force during rheology course and the assumptin that viscosity lost according viscosic strain, a constitutive model for viscous, elastic and plastic rock is set up,which can simulate the third course of creep.Then the impact of transcient damage to rheology is discussed and corresponding creep model for rock is proposed.(6) Basing on a constitutive model for elastic and damage rock,which is set up using the Eshelby equivalent inclusion method and CDM,a damage viscoelasticity model for rock is deduced.(7) Basing on defining damage variable with flaws in rock,this paper uses linear viscoelasticity fracture mechanics to set up a damage reep model and analyses the model.
