Following the development of economic and living standards in China, a great number of solid wastes are produced, especially hazardous wastes, so as to menace our living condition. So it is important that the basic researchments of hazardous wastes disposing are developed. The thermochemistrical method of incineration has a lot of merits such as the volume reduction, resource utilization, innocuity and so on, so that it is abroad applied. However incineration of hazardous wastes can lead to the problem of environment pollution, especially the problem of abio- contaminates such as HC1 and heavy metals because of a lot of hazardous wastes possessing of the element of chlorine and heavy metals. Therefore It is extremely concerned to protect our living conditions that the researchments of contamination control of heavy metals and HC1 are implemented.Due to incineration of representative hazardous wastes producing the contaminative problem of heavy metals and HC1, We carried out a series of researchment works about the problem in the thesis, which mainly include these aspects as follows:(1) Through the researchment of HC1 releasing characteristics in the process of dyestuff residue incineration, we can know the behavior of chlorine in the process of incineration. Results show that HC1 emission is dependent on incineration temperature, and the temperature is about 350℃ of the emission peak. Following the temperature enhancing, the speed of HC1 releasing is more and more quick. The source of HC1 evaporated mainly derives from the organic chlorine in the dyestuff residue.(2) Through altering air coefficient, temperature, and different dechlorination reagents, we studied the process of dechlorination and its influence on desulfurization and denitrogenization in the process of dyestuff residue rotary incineration. We can get some results as follows: the 500℃ is the best incineration temperature of dechlorination; Following the temperature rising, the dechlorination effect become worse and worse; When the temperature get to 700℃, dechlorination efficiency...
