Application Research On Intelligentized Information In Plate Production Process

The intelligent-information disposal of plate steel process is to utilize traditional mathematics and artificial intelligence to deal with the data and get knowledge from plate steel process. Modern plate mill has plenty of data about chemical constitution, rolling process and structure property, etc. Since there is no capability of memory and management of the data, the data resource doesn't function at present. Therefore, the thesis puts forward that data warehouse should be built in information system of medium plate and multilayer systems flame is adopted. Based on data warehouse of present application system, relevant subject data during producing medium plate are concentratedly drawn out and switched. Data marts is built from below to above and then integrated into professional data warehouse. That provides rich and effect data supply for optimizing medium plate process.The main work of the thesis concentrates on building professional data marts and data warehouse of the plate, main rolling process parameter and chemical constitution based on the theory of gray relational grades that influence over mechanical property of medium plate, using partial least squares to analyse plate mechanical property and to influence it all parameters, building expert system of quality evaluation and improving for plate (QEIP-ES). Actual field data are utilized to apply which have got good result. The specific study contents and results are as follows:1) The data of mechanical property, chemical constitution, process parameter and structure of medium plate in J Co. are switched and filtrated and built into data warehouse.
