The Research Of Cnc Machine Remote Cooperative Diagnosis System Based On Internet

Following the development of automatic CNC machine, it's structure is more and more complex, it's function is more abundant, the problem of running maintenance of CNC machine gradual becomes sharp, since the maintenance of equipment is difficult only by user's maintenance capability. Remote cooper -ative fault diagnostic technology bases on Internet, and realizes cooper- ative diagnosis to remote CNC machine by means of expert's experience and knowledge; it increases maintenance efficiency of equipment. Remote cooper- ative fault diagnostic technology realizes transmission and acquisition of fault information in short time, and reduces diagnostic expert's bear, at the same time; it is benefit for knowledge accumulation and sharing resource. What's more, remote cooperative diagnostic technology can cover the shortage of diagnostic field knowledge and increase reliability and intelligence of diagnostic system.In this dissertation, firstly, fault represent of CNC machine is described, the expression method of fault diagnostic knowledge is introduced, then, a network topological structure of CNC machine fault diagnostic system is proposed, at the meantime, a series of research of fault diagnostic technology is developed. At last developing the remote cooperative fault diagnostic system software is developed and the software is used to remote diagnosing testing machine. The main contributions of this dissertation are shown as follow:Directing toward the research of current state and perspectives of CNC machine remote fault diagnostic system, according to the structure and function of CNC machine, firstly, author analyzes possible fault and the specific method to clear the fault, and constitutes a remote cooperative diagnostic testing platform of CNC machine, secondly, author designs a new remote fault information acquisition and signal processing function modular, describes the expression method of fault diagnostic knowledge of CNC machine , this network can supply information resource for fault diagnostic system.
