This thesis studies on the lignite, soft coal and blended coals by thermo-balance. The results show that the fractional coal in blended coals keeps each combustion characteristics in burning process. The combustion characteristic of blended coals is between fractional coal basically. The ignition temperature of blended coals increases when the ratio of easy ignition coal reduces in blended coals. 4 Using the test rig that the capacity is 64OMJIh with absolute milling system and flue gas online analysis system, this thesis completed the experiment research of burn out, slagging and pollution emission characteristic of some power plant main lignite and soft coal. Such as Huolinhe, Yangcaogou, Meihe and Hengguang coal and blended coals, Shenhua and North Shanxi province soft coal and blended coals. It considers that the fractional coal keeps each combustion characteristics. This thesis brought forward the ratio of coke and slag as the distinguish method of coal slagging characteristic. It has some innovation. This method has intuitionistic and credible characteristic. It adopts this method and judges the blended coals slagging characteristic, the result is similar to that by ash fusion behavior parameter. Commonly, the blended coals slagging degree is between fractional coal. The slagging serious coal changed the slagging characteristic by blended not easy slagging coal, thereby achieved the aim that lighten slagging. At test rig, from the connection of blended ratio and NOx emission, the blended coals NOx emission characteristic has some association with fractional coal, but has no obvious rule. The SOx emission can be reduced by blend low sulfur coal. This thesis has innovation in desulfuration. It completed the desulfuration test in the Dry Flue Gas Desulfurization Circulation Fluid Bed Process for the first time in our country. It affords the theory according as exploitation desulfuration technology fit for the situation of our country. This thesis compares the combustion condition and pollution emission of Shenhua coal with North Shanxi province soft coal and blended coals by numerical simulation. It brings forward the SOx form model that has some innovation. It analysis the feasibility of changing the design coal to Shenhua coal, consider that the slagging can be avoided by adjusting air distribution. The practice of blended coals combustion in power plant and locale testing, the results is similar to test rig and numerical simulation. It is feasible that afford credible operation method to practice by test and simulation. At one time, the application of high efficiency and low pollution combustion technology in some power plants afford the theory according as spreading blended coals high efficiency and low pollution combustion technology.
